Once we find a time that works for both of us, we’ll hop on a consultation call. This is where we connect, talk through your vision, and give you space to ask questions while I get a real feel for what you’re dreaming up. Most calls run about 30–45 minutes so we can slow down and actually get to know each other, not rush through the details. At the end, you’ll receive a custom estimate so you can clearly see what working together would look like and start getting excited about what’s next!
Once you decide w're the right fit, you’ll receive your contract along with your first invoice to secure your retainer. Everything we discussed on our call will be clearly outlined so you know exactly what to expect. Once signatures are complete and the 30% retainer is paid, your date is officially booked. Floral design details don’t need to be finalized at this stage—we’ll revisit those and refine everything closer to your wedding day!

We travel, and LOVE doing so! Our home bases are Spokane, Seattle, and beyond. If your wedding has a plane ride, we’ll talk travel fees upfront and keep it transparent so nothing feels sneaky or weird later. Travel Fees and Accommodations always apply when applicable!
Email + client portal = the main hub. It keeps everything organized and prevents 47-message-long text threads about chair rentals. As we get closer, we’ll also do check-ins and you will have access to text so nothing falls through the cracks.

It sounds like you've enjoyed the planning process! But in reality there is no such thing as "day-of" coordination. The management package is laid out to ensure you can seamlessly pass every planned detail to us and we can execute it to the highest standards.
Nope, with the exception of Flowers and Bartenders! We’re not the wedding police. We do have a list of vendors we trust with our lives (and your timeline), but you can absolutely bring your own team if that’s your vibe.
